We stand behind every Palmora™ device. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us via our Contact page within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return.
  3. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return address.
  4. Ship the item back in its original packaging (if possible).

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Palmora™ arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Items returned after 30 days or without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund. Please contact us before sending any return.
